VALUABLE QUOTE

A few of my valuable and favourite quotes from a few movies I've watched :

''first rule of leadership, everything is your fault''
Hopper
-A Bug's Life-

''bagaimanapun, lulusan Al Azhar itu punya nilai plus''
Kiai Haji Lutfi''
-Ketika Cinta Bertasbih 2-

''there is no secret ingredient. its just you''
Panda
-Kung Fu Panda-

EVERYTHING HAS ITS OWN PRICE

In life, we always want improvements in each and every aspects of our life. We want to have more more money (improvement in allowance and salary), more success (improvement in study and work) and especially in all those material things (gadgets of course). But then, who is it that do not want for improvement?

Modernization and modernity is one of those things that everyone been busy about lately. Some people are busy creating newest tools and technology, some people are building high-rise building amd some people are just busy watching and comment. But we rarely realise that all those that we want has its price. Even, public toilets must be paid. So, the conclusion is : Nothing is free.

I can still remember those early days when I first arrive in Egypt. The buses fare is only 25 piasters which is only a quarter pound. But now, you can't experience all that. Lately some buses have been 'turn to new'. The colour is red. And don't forget that everything has to be paid. The new bus is now cost 100 piasters for every ride compare to 50 piasters before. Well, some people might say that a few cent won't cause anything. Think again because if every year the increasing happen, maybe a few years later it will be double the fare now.

I always like Egypt for those public transport. Eventhough it is always full of passengers (which sometime makes it easy for bad people to take advantage of the crowd) but the fare is fixed. Very not the same as in Malaysia. Well, another one I like is the train or commuter (but here we call Metro). There are special 'koc' for women. And again, very not the same like in Malaysia. This is not an entry to condemn my own country but rather to remind myself how lucky I am to be able to be here.

LAGI DESAKAN

SENYUM SAMPAI TELINGA

Saat-saat gembira
Pasti ada dalam hidup
Biar cuma sementara.

Moga bahagia yang sementara ini
Menjadi penguat jiwa
Di saat-saat duka.
